What to do when you have a Health Question?

Many people get hit with different disease in some way or fashion and automatically panic.
Instead of doing this it makes more sense to research whatever the health condition you may have.
Just a simple browsing on the internet and searching for health blog or health videos will solve alot of simple things.
You could also look for things like health articles, normally these are very resourceful with lots of information.
So, no matter what symptoms you have, don't panic, just stay calm and research. You should also contact a doctor, but even after the doctor gives the opinion... still research.

It's true that you can find out information online, but in my experience your symptoms could fit many diagnosis. Last time I went to the doctor my online diagnosis was saying that what I had could be fatal, and one of the first things the doctor asked me was "have you looked online"? He then proceeded to tell that although there was a chance it could be something bad, not to worry as it was probably nothing (which it turned out to be). The online prognosis did get me pretty worried though.
It's almost human nature to expect the worse ie. you get a headache, you look online and it says that this could be a symptom of a tumour, or headache. Which one would you start thinking and worrying about? The tumour most likely, even though 99.99% of the time it's only a common headache.
